Create an AccountIn the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please call us on 0405630881 to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.
Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
If your request to return an item is approved you must return the product in it's original, resalable condition including the packaging within 7 days of receipt of authorization. We will need a copy of your receipt. We will credit your return using the same method of payment but exclude the incurred freight charges.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Willow & Co immediately on 0405630881. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Willow & Co. Please note there is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.
All products are carefully packed to endure reasonable handling through the delivery process. We are not responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions.
If you simply change your mind returns are at the discretion of Willow & Co. Please email on hello@willowandcohomewares.com.au or call us on 0405630881 for a Returns Authorization Number before returning goods and include your receipt of purchase with your return.
When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Willow & Co will not be held responsible for any items you return which go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to Willow & Co.
If you receive goods in error, please contact Willow & Co to arrange return at our expense.
